§ Mr. SharplesThe increase in expenditure was due mainly to work and services to prepare Apartment 1A, Kensing ton Palace for re-occupation. This accounted for £59,000 of the expenditure in 1962–63. The estimated total net expenditure on Grace and Favour residences for 1963–64 is £31,000.
