§ 32. Mr. Farrasked the Secretary of State for Industry, Trade and Regional Development if he will take the initiative in stimulating Commonwealth trade and in arresting the proportional decline in United Kingdom exports to its members.
§ Mr. HeathI described the various measures which are being taken to stimulate trade with the Commonwealth during the debate in this House on 6th February lag. These are being vigorously pursued.
