§ Mr. D. PriceThe Advisory Committee keep their procedures under constant review. They fully appreciate the need to process applications as quickly as is consistent with the proper discharge of their functions under the Act. During the past year they have introduced a number of changes to this end. In particular, the Committee have revised and simplified the initial questionnaire sent out to applicants for assistance.
