§ Q13. Dame Irene Wardasked the Prime Minister whether he will arrange with Ministers whose Questions are not reached, and where the subject is of national importance and requiring action, to seek permission to answer after Questions.
The Prime Minister: This is a matter which can only be decided by the responsible Minister in the light of all the circumstances of each case.
