§ Mr. Wingfield Digbyasked the Minister of Transport whether he is aware that on Friday 20th March the main London-Dorchester road, A.354, had no surface at all in two places and single line traffic and no lights in one and that in view of heavy rain vehicles could have been stuck; and whether he will ensure that main roads are left passable or completely closed at week-ends.
