Lewisasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will give an estimate, based on the figures and details obtained by him in his recent survey on betting, gambling and gaming, of what the Treasury would receive in revenue if a 5 per cent. betting and gambling tax were levied on all forms of betting, gambling, and gaming, including the premium bond scheme.
