§ 69. Mr. H. Hyndasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will seek powers to issue warrants for arrest of people who escape the service of summonses for wife maintenance and similar matters by continually changing their addresses.
§ Mr. BrookeI appreciate the difficulty which arises in these cases, but I do not think that the hon. Member's suggestion would solve the problem of ascertaining the person's whereabouts.
