asked the Minister of Health (1) in view of the shortage of medical manpower in the country, if he has initiated an inquiry into the extent of this shortage and the number of medical schools that will be required to remedy it;

(2) what proposals he has, following the Robbins Report, to remedy the shortage of medical doctors in the country.
