§ Mr. Awberyasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he is aware that the Sugar Board is now selling sugar at double the negotiated price quota of a year ago; and if he will use his powers under the Sugar Act to ensure that the surplus will be used to reduce the price to the housewife after the Board has cleared the deficits made in previous transactions.
