§ Mr. Scott-HopkinsI regret that pressure on Parliamentary time has, so far, prevented our introducing legislation on the lines which my right hon. Friend indicated on 6th November, 1961. It remains our firm intention to legislate for commons registration broadly on the lines of the Royal Commission's Report just as soon as Parliamentary time will allow.
