Ian Orr-EwingThe transfer of work and staff to the Ministry of Public Building and Works must obviously result in a corresponding transfer of employees from the Admiralty to that Ministry, but there is no reason to suppose that any further reduction of Admiralty employees will result as a direct consequence of this transfer.
