§ Mr. MarplesThe following are being consulted: local authority associations; industrial and commercial associations; the Trades Union Congress; the Scottish Trades Union Congress; nationalised industries; road passenger and road haulage associations; port, shipping and aviation interests; the regional boards for industry; and agricultural interests.
§ Mr. Mappasked the Minister of Transport, in view of the extensive public interest, if he will arrange for a mass print of the Beeching Report with a sale price of approximately 3s. or less.
§ Mr. MarplesThe Report has been published by H.M. Stationery Office for the British Railways Board. I am sure that the Board will consider what reprints are necessary in the light of public demand.
