§ Mr. ChatawayNo. The capital provision for the Welsh school building programme in 1964–65 compares favourably with the amount set aside under earlier programmes. In Wales, as in England, the latest programme has been designed to meet the most urgent need for new provision and to complete the reorganisation of all-age schools.
