§ 65. Mr. Hector Hughesasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will state the names of the engineering firms whom he in conjunction with Aberdeen Harbour Board have consulted on the proposed further development of Aberdeen port.
§ Mr. NobleI have consulted no engineering firms about further development of Aberdeen port, but I understand that the Harbour Board has employed a firm of engineering consultants to undertake a long-term survey of the harbour.
