§ Mr. ErrollWhen the scope of the industrialist's requirements has been established, my Department encourages him to visit the development areas of his choice, and any others which can offer the facilities he is seeking. These visits are planned by the Board of Trade Regional Offices with the object of enabling the industrialist to obtain all the information necessary to reach a commercial judgment on the best location for his project.
