§ Mr. PeytonYes. I have placed copies of the Council's Report in the Library. After reviewing the Shopper's Guide report, it stresses the advantages to consumers of dealing with reputable merchants. It also refers to the procedures, which have been adopted by members of the Approved Coal Merchants' Scheme, for handling complaints and for making allowances in cash or in kind, if, for example, there is too much moisture in the fuel.
