§ 75. Mr. Chapmanasked the Secretary of State for Air whether he will reduce the sentences of eight months' imprisonment passed on the two Royal Air Force technicians accused at a court martial of planning to form a group of the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament, in view of the fact that there was no evidence at their trial of malevolent intent.
§ Mr. H. FraserThe sentences have been confirmed and will now be reviewed by the Air Council. It would not be proper for me to anticipate that review.
