§ Mr. Hector Hughesasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he is yet in a position to state when the Scottish Further Education Building Programme will begin its operations in the city of Aberdeen on the new Commercial College, plans for which were announced on 6th June, 1962; and when he expects the building to be completed.
§ Mr. NobleThe education authority now expects building to start in the autumn and to be completed, as originally planned, in time for the college to be brought into use at the beginning of session 1965–66.
