§ Mr. NobleThe Renfrew and Paisley bypass, which I hope to authorise before 1967, will replace 5¼ miles of the present144W trunk road. The remaining 7½ miles to Port Glasgow boundary, including a bypass of Bishopton, will probably be dealt with in two schemes, but I cannot yet say when these will be authorised.
