§ Mr. GodberThe terms of the Vienna Convention make no provision for exemption of members of diplomatic missions from payment of indirect taxes of a kind which are normally included in the price of the goods. The excise duty levied in the United Kingdom on domestically produced wines and spirits is a tax of this kind.
