§ Mr. ThorneycroftSince 1950 nuclear weapons have been developed for aircraft now in operational service such as the V-bombers, while development work is continuing for systems which are not yet in service like the Polaris submarines. It would not be in the public interest to disclose details of expenditure in this field.
