§ Mr. NobleAs I stated in reply to a Question by the hon. Member on 14th December last, I am aware that there are structural defects in this court house, but remedial action has been taken and I am informed that there is no danger to persons using the building. Responsibility for providing a new court house rests with the Lanarkshire County Council as Court House Commissioners, and I understand that they are considering where the new building should be situated.
