asked the Minister of Health what is the superficial area of land per bed of the hospital curtilages of hospitals within city boundaries in England and Wales, giving the three hospitals with the least such area and the three with the largest such area.

asked the Minister of Health what is the superficial area of land per bed at the Royal United Hospital, Bath, including the Forbes Fraser Hospital, the Manor Hospital, the Bath School of Physiotherapy, and the administrative and all other services located within the whole curtilage.

The whole area is about 58½ acres. The three hospitals have about 650 beds.
