§ Mr. D. Footasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will publish in HANSARD the terms of the recognizance into which Miss Marilyn Rice-Davies entered on 17th June 1963.
§ Mr. BrookeThe terms of the recognizance were as follows
The undersigned person acknowledges herself to owe to our Sovereign Lady The Queen the several sums following, namely: - Marilyn Rice-Davies of (Dominion Hotel, W.2) 17 Blenheim Road, Shirley, as principal, the sum of £1000 to be levied on her goods, lands and tenements, if the said principal fails in the Condition hereunder mentioned.The Condition of the above Recognizance is such that if the above bounden principal not having received notice to the contrary (section 38(2), Magistrates' Courts Act, 1952) appears at Marylebone Lane Police Station on Friday, the 28th day of June 1963, at the hour of nine in the forenoon, then the said Recognizance shall be void, but otherwise shall remain in full force.
