Thomsonasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he proposes to implement the recommendations of the Committee on the Taxation of Trading Profits in February, 1951, and of the Royal Commission on the Taxation of Profits on Income in May, 1955, that a depreciation allowance should be given for all commercial buildings.
