§ Mr. HareAt Government Training Centres and Residential Training Colleges text books are supplied on loan to trainees in those training trades where they are considered necessary for the proper completion of training and there is no need for trainees to buy their own. At Technical and Commercial Colleges trainees receive an allowance to cover the reasonable cost of text books and stationery. Examination fees are paid by my Department where the passing of an examination is necessary for obtaining employment in the training trade.
