Lewisasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he is aware that to aid the World Refugee organisation a number of international stars have, without payment, made a recording entitled "All Star Festival" and that the dealers and record companies have agreed to forgo their profits on this record; and whether he will therefore forgo the 3s. 3d. tax on this record.
