§ Mr. RipponTaking as a rough criterion buildings within the normal range of deliveries by lorry, 178 buildings plus 52 at the planning stage. Oil heating is only adopted where this can be shown to be economically advantageous, and to this end each case is discussed with the National Coal Board before a decision is made.
