§ Mr. BrookeThe Oil Heaters Regulations, 1962, made under the Consumer Protection Act, 1961, are based on the current British Standard for such heaters, which aims at a high standard of safety. I understand that the Standard is under review, and if it should he found practicable to improve it, I will consider whether the Regulations should be amended.
