§ Mr. PowellIn accordance with Whitley Council agreements, the training allowance for a pupil midwife who is a State registered nurse is £474 per annum, compared with £328–£361 per annum for one who is not and with the rate of pay of £564–£705 per annum for a State registered staff nurse.
