§ Mr. ErrollAbout twenty oil companies are engaged, either individually or jointly, in carrying out seismic surveys of the North Sea, with a view to establishing the areas where oil and gas may exist. Surveying work has not yet been completed and until it is the companies concerned will not be able to evaluate their findings.
