§ Mr. BarberThe boards of governors of the Hospitals for Diseases of the Chest, of St. Peter's, St. Paul's and St. Philip's Hospitals, and of the National Heart Hospital. I expect to receive the last of these reports by the end of March. Meantime I am considering the results of the reviews which I have received and will announce my general conclusions as soon as possible.
