§ Mr. GodberI am aware of the dangers which could arise for window cleaners as a result of modern trends in the design of multi-story buildings. My powers to make regulations on safety under the Offices, Shops and Railway72W Premises Act, 1963, relate only to persons working in premises to which the Act applies. Statistics of accidents for this class of workers are not available.
