§ Mr. MacDermotasked the Minister of Transport if he is aware of recent criticisms in the courts of the policy of the Railways Board concerning the employment of convicted persons; and whether he will give a general direction in the public interest to the Board to permit the employment of convicted persons where security considerations allow.
