§ 61. Mr. Biggs-Davisonasked the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations whether he will consider schemes for Commonwealth migration submitted direct or through the Oversea Migration Board by Commonwealth authorities and private bodies.
§ Mr. SandysI have powers under the Commonwealth Settlement Acts to co operate with Commonwealth authorities and private bodies, among others, in the formulation and carrying out of emigration schemes. The Oversea Migration Board was appointed to advise me on proposals put forward for such schemes.
