§ Miss PikeYes. My right hon. Friend is gravely concerned about the abuse of this and other similar drugs. He has no reason to think that the situation in North London differs from that in other parts of the Metropolitan area. The drugs taken by the boy and girl in question were obtained from casual acquaintances whom it has not been possible to identify.
