§ Mr. BarberAs my hon. and gallant Friend will see from Clause 12(8) and Schedule 3 to the Finance Bill, my right hon. Friend proposes to increase from 1963–64 the Income Tax allowance for all classes of National Insurance contributors, including the self-employed.
