§ Mr. D. PriceMy hon. Friend welcomed the opportunity provided by his visit to Stoke-on-Trent to meet leaders of industry and commerce in North Staffordshire. My right, hon. Friend is confident that industry in the area, as in the country as a whole, will respond to the measures recently outlined in the Budget.
