§ Mr. HeathThe negotiations for British accession to the European Coal and Steel Community were suspended as a result of the breakdown of the Brussels negotiations on 29th January. Relations with this Community have since been maintained in the normal way through the United Kingdom Delegation in Luxembourg and the Representative of the High Authority in London.
