§ 61. Mr. A. Hendersonasked the Lord Privy Seal, in view of the present negotiations on the future of the Central African Federation, to what extent it is the policy of Her Majesty's Government to treat this as a matter within the domestic jurisdiction of Her Majesty's Government and outside the authority of the United Nations.
§ Mr. HeathI confirm that it is the policy of Her Majesty's Government to treat this as a matter outside the authority of the United Nations by virtue of the domestic jurisdiction provision of the Charter.
