§ Mr. Talbotasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs whether, in view of the nuisance being caused to residents in Barnett Lane, Kingswinford, by noise and smell from a nearby factory which is being put to a non-conforming use in a residential district, he will request the appropriate local atuhority to inspect this situation and take steps to remedy it.
§ Mr. CorfieldI understand that the Brierley Hill Urban District Council is well aware of this situation but is not satisfied that a statutory nuisance could be proved.
