asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer by what ratio estimated expenditure on the Army for 1962–63 exceeds the corresponding figure for 1952–53; and if he will give the corresponding ratios for the estimated increase between the same years in expenditure on the Royal Navy, on the Royal Air Force, including the defence expenditure of the Ministry of Aviation,
