§ Sir E. BoyleI have not established such a committee. Her Majesty's Inspectors advise me on educational research projects and members of staff of the National Foundation for Educational Research and of other institutions, notably at universities, have been good enough on several occasions to advise me on individual projects. I am not at present convinced that more elaborate or formal machinery is needed but I shall keep the matter in mind.
