§ Mr. G. M. Thomsonasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will give details of the establishment of the district valuers' office in Dundee; and what steps he is taking to increase the staff with a view to speeding up decisions on industrial estate rents and civil redevelopment.
§ Mr. BarberApart from the district valuer and clerical staff, there are five professional officers in the Dundee office. Another will be taking up duty shortly. If the hon. Member will give me particulars of any cases in which it is considered that delay has occurred, I will make further inquiries.
