§ Mr. Mawbyasked the Minister of Labour whether, in view of concern about standards of industrial training in 160W this country and the importance of such training in relation to the development of the economy, he will take steps to secure improved arrangements.
§ Mr. HareI have put some proposals on this subject before the British Employers' Confederation and the Trades Union Congress for discussion and I hope shortly to issue a White Paper on the Government's plans. I have also informed the nationalised industries.
