§ Mr. ErrollOnly a rough guess can be made at the number of undischarged bankrupts since all the necessary information is not available. In its Report on bankruptcy law amendment, the Blagden Committee put the figure, on a conservative estimate, at probably between 30,000 and 40,000 in 1957. This estimate is probably well on the low side.
The cost of applying for discharge is 30s. plus 1s. for each creditor to whom
