HC Deb 13 November 1962 vol 667 c25W
48. Mr. John Hall

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he has studied the letter addressed to him by Mr. L. St. Clare Grondona on the subject of the establishment of a Price Stabilising Corporation as a firm foundation for the national economy; and what reply he has sent.

Mr. Maudling

Yes. I have told Mr. Grondona that I was glad to see the reception which his book had had in the Press and that I thought that his contribution to thought on problems of price stability was valuable and stimulating.
