§ Mr. N. MacphersonNo. Pensioners who have a weekly assistance supplement—and therefore a supplementary order-book—can already obtain reimbursement at the post office. For those who are not eligible for a regular weekly supplement but who are known to need frequent help with prescription charges the National Assistance Board already has arrangements for speedy reimbursement.
