§ Mr. MaudlingA White Paper on the East Caribbean Federation Conference 113W will be laid before the House on 5th June and published simultaneously here and in the West Indian territories concerned on 6th June. Meanwhile, I will place in the Library, copies of the full Press communiqué released after the last session of the conference and send a copy also to the hon. Member.
