§ Mr. MaudlingThe Report is being laid before Parliament today and is being published simultaneously here and in Uganda. Her Majesty's Government are most grateful to Lord Molson and his fellow Commissioners for this incisive and constructive document. I am sure that it will be carefully studied by all concerned and that its recommendations provide a sound basis which I hope will help Buganda and Bunyoro to reach an agreed settlement of this dangerous dispute.
